Now you have even greater control over the light that your plants receive. With the lamps made by SunPulse you can choose a lamp for the exact stage of your plants growth. They make lamps with a 4K Full Spectrum for seedlings/cuttings; 6.4K Daylight for majority of vegetation growth; 3K Red/Orange  for most of flowering and a 10K UVA Blue for the last week before harvest. The technology they created allows the use of a metal halide lamp that can act as a high pressure sodium giving you a red/orange light spectrum. These lamps can be used on any certified digital or electronic ballast. It is suggested not to use the "Super Lumens" feature on Lumatek ballasts with these lamps.This it it, made specifically to run on electronic and digital ballasts, SunPulse has designed a metal halide lamp that has been engineered to provide the correct light spectrum for plant growth at various life stages. The 6.4K lamp is recommended for the vegetative growth period of plants and/or as a lamp to use through out the plants life.
